Fireside chat with OpenAI (45-60 minutes) 

We'll begin the evening with a fireside chat, featuring experts from OpenAI and Endava, discussing what it takes to move from experimentation to production. They’ll share:

• Lessons from early enterprise agentic AI implementations
• Where organisations are seeing value and where challenges remain
• How this approach fits into the evolution of enterprise delivery models

There will be time for questions and audience discussion.

Presentation and demonstration (45-60 minutes) 

We will share an introduction to Dava.Flow, our AI-native engagement methodology, and a demonstration of scaled agentic AI with OpenAI Codex.

You’ll see first-hand how coordinated, multi-agent systems operate across an end-to-end delivery workflow, from analysis through to execution across three key phases:
